Undergraduate Graduation

TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION, you must schedule an appointment with the Academic Specialist in your major. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify the Academic Specialist of any name, address, phone, and e-mail changes or if you plan to change your date of graduation in order to ensure that you receive your final transcript and diploma.

Exceptions to the CARES report must include a College Exception Form with written approval from the student's advisor and the department chair. These forms should be brought to the Academic Specialist once the required signatures have been obtained.

Information regarding Grad Fest for your cap/gown pick-up time will be sent from the Registrar’s Office approximately the middle of the semester in which you are to graduate.
